# Zotero and Mendeley

Move search results and bibliographies into a reference manager.

## Export a search

Returns a File with a download URL valid for one hour. Exports are free.

## Per-entry formatting

When you need a specific journal style rather than a bulk export, format entries individually with
citations — 2,000+ styles, free to call.

## Deduplication

Match on DOI first; fall back to normalized title plus first-author surname plus year. Keep the
SciSpace `pap_` ID in a custom field (`note` in BibTeX, `U1` in RIS) so you can round-trip later
without re-resolving.
